Here we go again.. Healty and light before Bath, healthy and light after Bath.. My friends, what you haven't realized yet is that Bath WAS TOO healthy and TOO light!
So, I want something "heavy" today. Frescos - No way CB - We were there on Friday California - Not that healthy
I was only doing waht you requested ... "Or what are the other light and healthy suggestions???".
Ilias Bath - Too healthy / too light? I saw you demolish a hearty cooked breakfast on both days! What do you Greeks normally eat for breakfast - a roast ox dipped in batter?
Clearly you have to take a lady to Nip/Tuck to please her!
I think that's plain to see.
Seems a box of chocolates, red roses and a night of passion have been replaced by kimchi, yakisoba and rice tea!
Karin
Lots of 'time-lapse' posting going on today. I accept your apology and honestly took no offence. The Blog is about debate and difference of opinion ... and so it should be.
I only suggested a 'lesser lunch' today as I believed people might have eaten quite substantially over the weekend (perhaps I shouldn't base my assumptions on my own behaviour).
So I will happily go to N/P ... any day, everyday, all day!

Would Nip/Tuck be considered to be healthy and light???
(I suppose it depends on what you chose?)
Or what are the other light and healthy suggestions???
A salad (Frescos, California)
Jacket potato (Peckers, Frescos or CB)
Baguette (CB, Frescos, FCB)
Two Plate Special (Central Cafe)
Plenty of options (though one might not be all that healthy!)
Richard!
You named all the places I don't like! :-(
Seems like lately we have very different opinions about where to go and what to eat.
What happened???

I say Nip/Tuck (yesss!) or Orchid.

PLEEEEASE no Orchid.
Sorry Richard, meant no offence.
We do respect your choices, but sometimes it seems like you've lost your appetite to eat!
Eat propper for lunch and have a light dinner. That is the way!
So Karin says No to:
California
CB
Frescos
Peckers
Central Cafe
Flying CB
and now 'NO' also to Orchid!
Fussy or what? What will please the lady? I think she has a fixed agenda ... and we cannot sway her from Nip/Tuck!
What's wrong with the Orchid - apart from what it means in Greek? :-)
Gorv, are you saying you don't know how to please a lady?
Richard, you are so understanding!
It is very rare thing that man could read 'lady's' mind so well! :-)
On the other note, how come we haven't got any entries from Uncle???
Sorry, just realised that while I was writing, The Uncle participated.
Ilias, nothing is wrong with Orchid, apart that it has very limited selection for me. Two meals to be precise.
And with all honesty, I can cook those better.
By tha way, what does it mean in Greek?

Ilias is busy so here's a bit about Orchid in Greek:
The name "orchid" comes from the ancient Greek root 'orkhis', meaning "testicle."
Blimey!
The Uncle has work to do and has no time for this idle chit chat.
GLENN-CLUSION
Nip/Tuck 12:20pm
Blimey it is!!!
Now everytime I look at the orchid flower, I will wonder what that has to do with testicles! Let alone everytime you mention Orchid restaurant!!!
How about 12.30?
12:30 would be ok, but it is a dangerous time of day to go to Nip/Tuck as it can get busy hence the 12:20 Glenn-clusion.
What say the others?
Uncle - heresy!
Idle chit chat??
This is the life-blood of the Blog.
Shame on you!
Karin
The GLENN-CLUSION has been decreed ... so there's no going back or alternative suggestions!
Like it or lump it once the GLENN-CLUSION has been posted.
About the Greek meaning of Orchid - it's apparently to do with the bulbs/roots - looking like a couple of grubby testicles!
Hey guys .... how about a new name for the Blog?
Let it be known as:
"Karin's Call"
... as the lady doth desire to determine location, quantity and time!
